Hey. I consider myself as a decent programmer (Programmed Barbarian Onslaught: The Secret of Steel and I know how to use the Box2D engine aswell) anyway you reminds me of me when I started to code in flash.
Anyway, if you want to learn how to program games and such might take you some time to get into it. For me it took about 2 years to learn enough before I was able to program Barbarian Onslaught: The Secret of Steel. And that was AS2.0 (ActionScript). Now I'm using AS3.0 and that took me some time to learn aswell.
I don't know if you're using AS 2.0 or AS 3.0 but use AS 3.0 if you can. I just wanted to say that. You can do so much more in AS 3.0.

Well, I'm not a programmer, but I am a musician. I noticed your game had no music. If you're interested I'd be happy to write some original music for your project(s). Kind of a non sequitur, that, but I'm going with it.

That would be awesome! im not sure right now how to add sound effects like explosions and gun shots yet for the game (i could find out easily) but if you would like to record something like that too that would be great for when I learn.
